Account got locked because of a joke in global chat

Hello,

someone in global chat 4040 randomly asked for a spare mirror and I replied "ofc, do you have paypal" - which was obviously a joke. Someone else even replied they only buy at facebook. These jokes about money sometimes come up in global chat when someone happens to have multiple high value items. I have never and will never support any RMT in games.

I got a notification that I am 24h global chat muted, which I am totally okay with. But account locking because of a joke? I hope we can resolve this.
I already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com but maybe posting here as well can speed things up.
In the future I promise to not joke about anything like this anymore.

Hopefully we can resolve this. I really do not want to lose my original account with over 5k hours playtime over a silly joke.
