Logged in this afternoon to my amulet missing

Bought an amulet 11 days ago on trade. Today it vanished from my equipped hero. Had it last night. Had it this morning. Now it's gone.

Anyone log in to discover vanished items in the past?
Edit: Did someone create that item using exploits or something and it got deleted?
Should I reach out to support?
