Intel Arc - Invisible Skills, Monsters, Terrain + Severe Lag (DX12 & Vulkan)

I've posted about this before and I continue to try to fix it with seemingly no luck. I will say I do have moments where the game runs decent, not great just decent. I've died more times because of graphics not rendering, monsters not rendering or lag than anything else.

System Specs:
GPU: Intel Arc A750
Driver Version: 32.0.101.7529 (latest WHQL)
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 155H
RAM: 64 GB DDR5
OS: Windows 11
Game Version: Via Steam (i wonder if I download direct will help?)
Renderer Tested: DirectX 12 (default), Vulkan, DirectX 11 (crashed)

Issue Summary:
Game experiences severe performance issues, extremely long load times (2+ minutes from Steam launch to menu, 2+ more minutes to enter game). Then issues in game start.

Visual assets are completely missing in-game:

Load times like when I enter game or enter a portal are atrocious. I will literally hear group members fighting and not see it because the screen is stuck in load.

Character skills are invisible for a time

Enemies are invisible

Terrain (like floors) fail/very slow to load

Spell effects and ability visuals often do not render

Happens on both DirectX 12 and Vulkan.

DirectX 11 crashes the game immediately after switching.

Steps I’ve Taken to Troubleshoot:

Ran Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode to fully remove old drivers.

Installed the latest Intel Arc WHQL driver (32.0.101.7529) fresh after reboot.

Cleared all shader and config cache:

Verified integrity of game files via Steam.

Tried both DirectX 12 and Vulkan with --renderer launch options.

Everything is POE2 options menu is basically set to low


PoE2 appears unplayable on Intel Arc GPU in its current state. Key geometry, VFX, and enemies fail to render on both DX12 and Vulkan. Performance is poor even on a solid system.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!
