Game crashes when using vulkan

i dont really know why i have problems with vulkan rendering. im using a new computer which has a 4070 as gpu and when i had my old computer i had a 1660 as gpu and could run vulkan without any issues. with the new computer i cant even start the game or it just instantly closes when switching to vulkan
