Game Crashes When change Instances

The whole game crashes when i change instances, no error message, just the game is closing. My pc is new so it's not the issue. I have all the settings on low and i only can play with Directx 12 since when i try to change that, i crash again. Anyone else experiencing that, or knows any solutions to try?
Btw i verified the files, again and again..no errors.
