idea on adding a mechanism to tailor your loot drop

Endgame is littered with useless items and a lot of time is wasted trying to filter out the ones you want. How about a mechanism to increase the chance of items you want? Maybe a new atlas branch to let you do that and also a new end game mechanic that lets you get those atlas points?

Some ideas of what these atlas points can do:
- more drops on a specific type of gear: armour, helmet, spear, etc.
- target a specific mod
- reduce amount of unwanted type of items for a small increase in the ones you want. For example, 10x less normal items drop for a 2x magic item drop. Or 10x less orb of augmentation drop for a 2x increase drop of exalted. This helps to reduce unwanted item clutter.

Maybe make these atlas point only be able to respec if you redo the end game mechanic like ascendancies. Ideally, there's a different mechanic for each type of points.
