How to increase DPS as a BAMA necro?

Hey everyone,

This is my first time playing BAMA this league, and I’m completely new to both minion builds and the Necromancer ascendancy.

Right now, I’m stuck at around 2.5 million DPS with a setup that seems almost identical to the one I'm following (Ronarray’s build)

I feel like I’ve got all the key components in place, but I'm still sitting at about 2.5 million DPS, while Ronarray is showing 50 million in his PoB.

Does anyone know what makes the difference between these two PoBs?
Is there some key interaction or mechanic I might be missing?

Note: I haven’t factored Shock into my PoB, but even with that added, I’m still light-years away from hitting 50 million DPS.

so first things first - Settings! Without even comparing gear, once I put in the values that ronarray has in his pob your damage is not 5 million but rather around 20million, which is a far smaller number.

Then in regards to the obvious things:

He has more clones ticked in PoB, means more damage and one of the biggest damage multipliers is crit and hit damage.

If you compare the POBs then he has 17 - 374k hit damage while yours has 14 - 275k, and in regards to crit he shows a x 4.94 multiplier while you onl have x 2.56.

your minions also attack a tiny bit slower. This results overall in the significant damage difference.

Here are some major differences in gearing resulting in those differences:
- corrupted +2 minion chest
- most ghastly eye jewels have flat damage as well as increased attack speed, which u lack on all of them
- no offering? Biiiig difference, if I slot in spirit offering thats 6mio more damage right there
- no culling strike

That´s the bulk of it. Once those things are worked on the differences become smaller.

I see now that part of the “missing” DPS just comes down to the setup. I'm not very comfortable with PoB to be honest, and since I've never played a minion build, it's even harder for me to manage haha.

I'll look into the Offering mechanic because I have no idea how it works.
