Cannibal's ScavengerThrow is IMBA

Id like to complain about a certain type of Enemy that i feel like deserves a nerf since forever ago: Cannibals.

If you don't know, these are found as early as the Coast in Act 1. They throw a Torch Projectile under your feet and then attack you in melee. Ive been playing a lot of Blight this league and so far the Blight equivalent "Blight Cannibal" is way out of line compared to other monsters based on how dangerous they are. According to PoEDB Data this is their Torch throw ability:

Yes you see the numbers right: A white Cannibal mob without any mobs deals up to 3844 Physical damage with the Torch with 75% Fire conversion. Mind you this shit shotguns with additional projectiles and scales awesome if you put "Phys as extra" on the map, giving them more than DOUBLE the damage. Of course nothing stops these guys from just having either of those Mods by becoming magic.

in Blight Maps. These guys spawn in a Conga line and have been responsible for ~90% of my deaths in Blight Maps so far. once you get too close all of them will Fire their Mortar Projectile with Pointblank precision under your feet. no extra Projectiles necessery. getting hit by 3-4 of those WILL kill you.

Please someone at GGG look at these guys. this cannot be normal. I also recall the Times when Skeleton Casters were way out of whack with their damage numbers and had to be tuned down cause there were oneshotting everyone. i feel like this is a similar thing
