Heist rework

Make it easier to confirm blueprints. Right now its a minimum of 9 clicks per 1 wing blueprint, which seems crazy compared to other mechanics. Maybe an option for it to just auto-fill with highest level heist members.

Also make a heist mtx that counts amount of curio displays broken
