Heist unique contracts feel unrewarding
Given how most of the good rewards come from blueprints, unique contracts feel lacking because they don't give any sort of progress towards them. Unique items dropped by the bosses are too common when I have so many of the same contract in my heist locker.
You can open all the boxes without having to worry about the alert level, but that is mostly true for normal contracts when your heist guys are fully decked out. at that point unique contracts are just a regular contract that doesn't drop rogue markers. My suggestion would be to add a rogue markers reward for completing them, or alternatively make then rarer and add a number of the blueprint specific reward lockers after the boss is dead.
