[3.26] Cold tornado (WIP)

Quick summary, I wanna improve on my current build. Not sure where/how.


So I managed to get this fairly cheap (Under 1 Div)



Currently reaching 500K dps. Which feels low for the amount of defences

It is clearing content, but I'm wondering if it can reach better numbers with some real items or cluster. I don't mind respecing, as long as Cold tornado is kept

I have yet to find way to improve the DPS without sacrificing too much defences/recovery

I've decided to lean a bit more into the Crit aspect of the build. Simply because It gave a better Flask sustain and an easier scaling damage output.

Also changed from Shaper of Flame free ignite (Phys mitigation) to Shaper of storm for better shock (DPS).

Freeze in radius helps a lot for safer mapping and Crit makes it a Guarantee freeze (Even if short)

If someone can find a good item replacement to get at over 800K dps, it would probably be All-content viable.


NOTE: if I can manage a 1m dps, I will make a full guide on it, because it would be a resonnable league starter -> End-game build.
Starting is cheap and can farm currency for end-game upgrade fairly easily

I've managed to get all the stones and kill all the normal Pinnacle bosses

Most deathless and it was my first time killing Maven (Died twice, due to brain fart + mehanix)

95% certain it can do Uber Atziri (If I take the refelct Pantheon) but not the other Uber bosses.

All fight are done within 3 minutes if you ignore to invul phases.
