can we get spectres from crimson iron ore encounter

GGG when you fix visibility from new monsters as spectres, can we get spectres from ALL monsters from crimson iron ore encounter? most of them can't be as spectres and few can't go to desecreate pool. ALL with "Ravenous" prefix.

i hope someday we can use all monsters (no bosses) as spectres and put them to desecreate pool
