Runegraft of the Novamark + Shattershard Shield Shatter

Runegraft of the Novamark + Shattershard Shield Shatter does not work. Nothing about runegraft of the novamark suggests it only procs on self-cast spells so I'm assuming this is a bug. It does not alter the behavior at all.

I bump this for 3.27
Tried to make Shattershard + Monastery Bell + Novamark work and it remains centered on the player. I will also add that Astral Projector failed to do anything as well. |
