Mercenary duel optin annoying

The optin feels unnecessary.
Make it always include the party, and have a button for opting out instead.

Me and my carry just lost a divine, cuz he does 0 dmg without me being around, but i had no time to optin to the fight -.-
He prolly got excited and forgot about this.
