Add unique mercs?

The mercs mechanic is very fun, but I've got a little suggestion that might make it even more fun - unique mercs! What could they be, you ask? Well...

For starters, when some Syndicate members are removed from it, they spawn randomly in rogue harbor. It would be cool to be able to hire them! Let me reunite with Elreon when I'm in a smitin' mood. Or Thane Jorgin when strength matters.

Mechanically, they could have some guaranteed (but overridable!) items. If mercs go core (and I hope that they will), future leagues could introduce one or two of those.
