All actions but movement not working after using Lockbox

I clicked on a rare lockbox in a map, and when combat started the only actions I could take were dodge roll and WASD movement. Nothing else worked, tried cycling weapons, re-equiping items, etc. Eventually died and took the penalty.

Upon resurrection in the hideout, everything worked fine.

I've experienced too. Going back to character select then back into game fixes without losing progress - but it's still an annoying bug.
