POE1-WASD-control with script legal ? -> script transforms wasd into mouse-click-holding
Hi, I want to know if it is ok to use a script that transforms wasd-button-presses into mouse-click-holding until button is released.
Who is it for? - Everyone who want to control poe with WASD. - Players who come from PoEtwo and miss WASD-control. - Players who have pain in their wrist and prefer wasd. Functionality : What does it do? e.g.: I press w then the mouse clicks above my character and keeps holding mouse click as long i keep holding w-button. Then I press additionally the d-button then mouse still keeps holding the mouse button down but mouse to top right above the character. When i press w+s+d it just behaves as presssing only d-button. Same applies for all other directions. When i press w+a+s+d it just centers the mouse without clicking. When i press w+s or a+d it just centers the mouse without clicking. Is it ok to use such script to eneable wasd as descripted? Server load: I'm guessing it would generate the same amount or less server action than normal gameplay. Rules: I checked: - PoE Third-Party Policy https://www.pathofexile.com/developer/docs#policy

As far as I can tell, this script would be in line with the rules mentioned. Is this correct? Final Question: Is such a script that transforms wasd-input into mouse-click-holding allowed? I wrote them.
Now I hope we get clear statement soon. I guess many in the community will be happy to use WASD-control again. |
