no respect for the players

I was using a Glacial Lance Deadeye build and had to change it because frequently, when using the skill, my character couldn't perform any actions other than running, which led to me dying repeatedly. I farm Ultimatum, and every time I kill the Trial Master, the portal sends me to Act 3, which has no teleport. You have to use the portal that, curiously, used to send you to the past where there was a teleport behind it — and now it sends you to Cruel Act 1 instead. Is it really that hard to enable a normal portal that takes us back to the temple room?

Just a moment ago, I was halfway through the trial and the game froze. I couldn't get back in like for 20 minutes, because every attempt to re enter resulted in an infinite loading screen. I'm sure other players are experiencing even more unpleasant things, and yet nothing has changed in weeks, even months. Please, show a little more care for the community the people who take the time to report bugs and just want to enjoy your game.
