NZ/AUS Server Issues

The NZ/AUS region server's have been so bad this league, and a lot of the time the game its completely unplayable. Its also notability worse at nights for us.
I really want to play but its just so hard to right now. And its the same for all my friends in our region as well, we are losing maps and portals to rewinds. Just making sure you are aware for these issues and hope they can be resolved soon. Thanks Jordan Last bumped on Jun 25, 2025, 7:23:29 AM

Getting constant failed to join instance errors and disconnects this morning.

Same here, I can not play the game at all. Disconnected due to the instance issue.

Same here. either disconnect going into hideout or 1 minute after going into a map

can we get some sort of info on what the go with servers is? bored of alch and go and cant juice cause i lose every map to server crashes. is there any sight of improvement or do we just call the league done after waiting almost a year.

Same. Had a few maps close with 5 portals still left. Portals close up while stashing.
Last one I had now was weird... full stash, portals out, crash to login, log back in, no items in stash. Smh... I will write something here when I can think of something clever and amusing.

Chose a bad day to try do my blueprints I guess, constant disconnects and rollbacks for past 24 hours in NZ on both Auckland and Australia servers. Unplayable.

still happening. Auckland server has been bad for the past 12 hours.
Ive tried to use Australia server just now and had disconnect whilst mapping. just trying to play the game man |

Same here, getting disconnected after a map portal opens, then all portals disappear after reconnect.

Same here, losing the map portals + any loot found in the map due to disconnect\rollbacks.
