Bricked instances

Hey guys, I've been hitting these bricked instances, which are borderline unplayable.

I'd say this has been going on for years, but I never posted.

Is there something I need to do on my side ?

I've opened the ports before but it still happens.

any ideas?

What server/region are you playing on? Been having a similar issue since 3.26 and have no idea what to do
