Blight Maps, Lag-Screenflickering - solving proposal

I like doing Blight-Maps because i love the TowerDefense mechanic.
But the sad truth is, it is nearly unplayable at some points.

The problem beginns when you stun/freeze/petrify an enemy that has a Proximity-Shield.

As soon as one (yes it only needs one) of these enemy's is "stuck" the whole lane backs up
to one massive traffic jam on one singular spot, causing Lag and Screen flickering.

This is because the Proximity-Shield enemy's are affected by Chilling/Petrifying Beams,
but not by Hits of Damaging Towers.

Please fix Blight-Maps by disabling, that enemy's which have a Proximity-Shield, can spawn.

I believe, that Blight-Maps would be fixed with just this change.

I'm not sure if this is exactly the issue, but I can't do blight ravaged maps because the graphics start to flicker, then the UI disappears. You can't upgrade any towers, and while you can pause the menu doesn't appear. Eventually it will kick you to the login screen.

I'm happy to provide settings and spec for my computer if this problem isn't widespread.
Bump. This is still a problem, and if removing temporal shields would fix it, it should be done asap. Blight is nearly unplayable.
This is also a big issue for me. I just upgraded my hardware to a 7700x and RTX 3070, but blight-ravaged maps cause my game to flicker and stop rendering the UI, and eventually stop rendering for seconds at a time.
GGG must delete half of shit effects in blights, this shit kills servers, our pc, and our eyes. This visual cacophony is main problem

Blight worked fine for me when the league started. The problems began around the time of patch 3.26.0b when blight became unplayable.

I know this because I was spec'ed into blight and running it in every map. After the patch I had to re-spec out of blight as it was useless.
