Support can't reinstate account
Hello Guys,
Support are unable to reinstate my account for about 2 weeks now. They asked to confirm 2000 things, every email just 2 random unneeded questions. Is there a way to just get a refund on everything ? (since they cant or wont help me). I just want to play the game... i've always used to connect to the website with my steam accout and untill this leage everything was fine. Thanks in advance. |

GGG don't themselves provide technical support - and I'm not really sure how you've reached the conclusion that a refund of all things would fall under the technical support umbrella.
As with any other payment- and account-related issues, if you want a refund you'll need to say as much to the same email address you've already been contacting Support at. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
