New Temporal Chains feel even worse. Especially if you play warrior.

I get that it might be better for characters that can move around a lot faster. But as a warrior, you can't rly avoid it sometimes. 40% on top of all the other movement penalties we already have feels extremely horrible. This right now feels like one of the worst features of the game.
