Valdo Puzzle box, restless dead

I was playing foil map, reward was progenesis
completed all objectives, the only thing that left was restless dead, I grouped them in one spot and kill them at once, 0 monsters left. No reward chest or something, That was first time Ive completed a foil map, is this a bug?

+1 to this. I was clearing a map for Emperor's mastery. Necropolis map with abyss and restless dead.

I confirmed that the Abyss was finished. i.e. No more mobs spawning out of it, and I opened the abyss chest.

Restless dead were also reduced to 0 monsters left at one point, but still no reward.
