Mercenary voiclines optional

Since everything in this game has to be pessimistic and dying already feels bad without a snarky comment from some dimwit, atleast make these voiclines optional, let us mute mercs and delirium without muting everything else, please.

or for once remake them to be positive like we are supposed to be enjoying their company or something.
