Continuous crashes to desktop without fail - Day 5

Hello i have been experiencing crashes literally every map without fail since the last 3 days. I just finish a 1 week party play with some crash or lag but nothing unplayble.
Actually i can only play in my HO ...
Actually i can't run some act area such as act 2 vaal ruin and other. Or "the cavern" in the same area before the waypoint the game didn't crash but right after i crash.


I have no idea why is it happening or how to fix that.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB and a Intel Core i5-760K 3.8GHz

I still have the message on game launch about updating my GPU, but everything is up to date.

I have tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- verifying files
- deleting shader folder
- deleting cache folder
- changing game renderer
- running steam/PoE as admin

This is my f1 view when i crash. Otherwhise cpu is low 5-8 ms when in ho or no crashing area.

(i don't know how to upload an image here but my CPU get a spike over +500ms and shader is always full)

PLEASE HELP ME ...

same thing is happening to me on an i9-10850k rtx 4070 64gb ram

i've sent many emails, tons of topics in forum but no real answer for almost a week, i'm about to give up PoE because it is literally unplayable

I'm having the same problem. Even when I try to launch the game, I get to the character selection, and when I log in, it freezes, and after a while it says "Path of Exile is not responding." It's been over 5 days, and I don't know what to do. I've tried uninstalling the game, changing graphics options, etc., and it played perfectly before.

Any answer/help from ggg staff please ?
we just can't play the game tha we like, can you respond at least to say you can't help us here so i stop trying to solve the problem ?

GGG do not provide technical support; they haven’t done for years.

So i just give up trying to play the game ?
just have to try every new patch and check if it solve my issue ?
