New Tornado Alt Quality

Hey there,

like in every other League I suggested this:

Tornado of Twisting

It creates ONE Giant Tornado that has a slow cast time but more damage and more aoe. on Hitting the Tornado with any projectile the Tornado will send out smaller tornadoes that travel like small twisters around. Small Twisters deal 70-50% less Damage.
