Help Request for Account Merge Issue in Path of Exile 2

Dear GGG Customer Support Team,

Hello!

I encountered an issue while attempting to merge my new league character into the permanent league, and I kindly request your assistance.

My intention was to merge my new league account's characters and items into my permanent league account. However, during the merge process, I accidentally clicked "Cancel Merge." When I tried to resume the merge afterward, the system prompted "No mergeable league progress," preventing me from completing the operation.

I highly value completing this account merge to integrate my new league content into the permanent league account for continuous gameplay. I sincerely hope you can help resolve this issue, restore the merge functionality, and allow me to proceed with the merge smoothly.

If you think a thread has been created in the wrong section, just report it to ask that it be moved.

We don't want duplicate threads - and the OP has posted this same thing in at least 5 different places, which is kind of insane. Given that GGG do not themselves provide Technical Support, that's not an appropriate forum section to advise getting their attention, anyway.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
