QoL suggestion: More interactions while game is paused

I think it'd be nice if we could interact with the Eater of Worlds / Searing Exarch Altar while the game is paused. I personally run towards the altar, pause the game and then read the effects and decide what I want, because its much safer and more comfortable doing it like this, than killing every monster and then read the effects while simultaneously watching out for monsters who might run towards me and kill me that I didnt see at first because they were out of range or something.


Same thing for chatting. Very often theres something in the global chat I want to reply to but cant because I'm in a map and just standing there to chat would get me killed.




tl;dr: Please give us the ability to interact with both the Eater of Worlds / Searing Exarch Altar and the chat while the game is paused.
