Merc Buff - frequency

Please make the "Far more rewarding" mercs actually show up "FAR MORE FREQUENTLY" like the tooltip says. I can't believe I have two characters that have been blasting maps and have only seen one far more rewarding merc. Merc as a companion is pretty great, but as a league mechanic, it is really lame.
