Some more wisp feedback

Not the most urgent thing that needs another look, but a few more remarks about wisps.

So i've tried interacting with the mechanic with and without speccing into wisps in the atlas passive tree.
When specced into wisps, it's fairly ok to play.
But if not, the mechanic just feels horrible to me.
Without the investment, why do i need to stay so close to the wisp that i could keep a finger in it's ass ? Their default presence area of effect is absolutely horrible. Very often, even when actively trying to stay close to it, they bail out because i stopped for a second or two to mow down a pack of monsters that came running straight at me. And the timer to recover from leaving their presence is so damn short. Additionally, once their zipping away animation starts, it's already too late, even if you do get back to them and shove your finger back in, they just don't care anymore and still bail.
All of these things ensure that wisps are a recurring feature that everyone will meet on their maps, but are only worth interacting with if you're specced into the atlas notables.
That doesn't seem right to me. Make it less rewarding or something without the points, but at least make it playable in both cases.

Secondly, on top of their weird finger fetish, they are mind-numbingly stupid for some reason. Why do they not just track to the closest rare or unique monster ? Almost every time, instead of doing that, they just force me to follow them in the completely opposite direction, dragging me away from where i was trying to go, leading to a lot of unnecessary backtracking. I've seen them do it while there was literally a rare monster around the corner, a couple of feet away. So even if you use passive nodes, the whole thing just adds frustration.

These are just small issues but if there ever is some free time, they really do deserve another look. A few tweaks to the mechanic here and there could make them feel considerably better.

Cheers
