Why Smelting down to 6 slots?

This is a big bottleneck in bar preparation.
IDK why it's so restrictive. All other slots have plenty of employee space, such as shipping, disenchanting or farming. Even mining has 12.

Please up the slots to 12!
I don't even mind higher wage for smelters.
But the smelting job queue is days long already and it will only get worse with me farming more Kingsmarch-oriented atlas maps.

It's true. I only collect Verisium because my smelters can't keep up, and the refining queue keeps growing. Sometimes, even overnight, they don’t manage to smelt all the Verisium I gather during the day :<
