Account stolen

Hello, my account was stolen. I have access to it but someone changed the email address and deleted the characters from POE1. Please reset the password and email so I can log in using my STEAM account. Is there also a possibility to recover the characters? They were not hardcore characters. Best regards.

Unless you're playing standard if the characters can be recovered is a moot point.
Account recovery has been catastrophically backlogged since POE2 launched. GGG is running 4-6 weeks between email exchanges (beyond preliminaries that can be done by junior support staff); with several exchanges needed in the best case. (Recentish posts here have included people whose accounts have been in limbo for 4-6 months.) Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
