bug in game

Hello, friend!

My character was locked in the boss's room. After killing the boss in the adventure log, the boss's room displayed that teleportation was not possible during boss battles, and the exit of the room was blocked by an air wall. I tried to return to the character selection interface, exit the game and log in again, and team up with others to teleport, but none of them worked. Please help me solve this problem.
