poe 2 private league promoted player and it kicked them and wont let them rejoin with new links

i made a poe2 dawn of the hunt league and when my friend joined i promoted them and it kicked them by mistake when i sent a new invite link it says on there end to contact the league owner to get access i dont see any way on here to manually add them and i think its highly unfair to have this issue and expect ppl to dump more money in to make yet another league for a simple fix i have already sent a emial to the support team and have had zero response on this matter im just trying to enjoy this game with my friend i payed for us to play privately and now we cant and i see no fix to this anyway to be refunded to make a new league since we are not playing the current one made

will there be a reasonable time line that this matter will be addressed so i can enjoy playing the game im asking for a simple fix not my money back but gold spent to use it again so we can play on our private league server as we are not playing on it rn due to the above situation
