unable to connect my email to my account

i've tried linking my first email and while i did get the email, all i get when i click the link all i get is "the resources you are looking for does not exist or has been removed" when i attempted to link another email i got a message saying a was rate limited and had to wait 120 seconds, i have been trying for more than 20 minutes still being rate limited
