Stuck on PS5 for over 2 Weeks (Jungle Ruins Act 3 + Cruelty)

For more then 2 weeks me and my buddies on PS5 have been unable to play the game and understand making new characters has no point.

Why?
The pesky Jungle Ruins, on Act 3 as soon as you hit it your welcomed with a infinite loading screen. A quick system restart and sometimes waiting for a few hours solves the issue but the moment u hit Act 3 Cruelty the bug hits your account persistenly across aLL characters that visit Jungle Ruins for the first time.

At first we though we give it a few hours, a few hours turned into days and days now turned into weeks.

The fun of grinding new characters is gone and let's be honest on PS5 hitting end-game is impossible now knowing that the moment you hit the Jungle Ruins no matter what you try you are stuck and will not be able to play anymore.

Outside of FPS dips in the low 20s when much is going on, consistent pausing while playing to up to 50 crashes a day, the fact we can't play the game after Act 3 is absolutely insane.

I come like many from different ARPG games and found my way around PoE2 and while many fans now spend time on PoE1, I don't enjoy the game and wanna stay focused on PoE2.

I have seen the infinite loading bugs go all the way back to April of this year and some even March and to this day they have not been fixed yet, I took the time to write an email as I like to play the game.

I purchased the 100+ euro edition on Steam but play on Playstation as to be honest on my RTX 2080 Super and Intel i9 I have such frequent crashes that the game became unplayable on PC.

I am loving it on PS5 maybe even a bit more then on PC but the fact I am not able to play, have tons of crashes and constant pauses but mainly get locked out of the game as soon as I hit the Jungle Ruins sucks out the entire fun I have with the game.

Then having to wait for a big patch and having to do all my work again cause I wanna hit end game with a class is even worse.

I know I am not the only one, I am in a community with 200+ PS5 players playinG PoE2 and we all hit the same roadblock and it does not matter if we change servers, play with friends or whatever it will still happen.
