Wave of Conviction of Trarthus can not hit twice when using Runegraft of the Novamark

When using Runegraft of the Novamark, Wave of Conviction of Trarthus will do the animation that it's going out and coming back in, however only the wave that expands does any damage. As such, if you have this mastery you lose 50% of your damage when using that skill.

(There's also a second issue where if you mark an enemy that dies, it will continue to target that corpse forever until you go ~4 screens away or cast a mark on a different target. This is without something equipped that causes marks to not expire on dead targets. Shattering the corpse can bypass this one though.)

So the issue u faced is only hit once? From my side, WoCoT with novamark cant even cast at any the mark place, but still from my position.

It casts on the mark for me just fine, with a pretty bonkers range. It just doesn't hit twice.

However with some more testing, it _might_ be hitting twice and just doing so instantly. I'm not sure.

Fixed a bug where Wave of Conviction of Trarthus could sometimes hit enemies a second time before returning and then not hit them when returning.

It was hitting twice before, yeah. Now it won't be though.
