Hi… this is my 2 or 3rd forum post regarding this, i hve sent severals email also vut still nothing… whats going on… ive linked my xbox account to my pc main account and want all the mtx i purchased on my xbox…

Idk how you could be waiting a year for the transfer when it was impossible before November 12th 2024... when they announced that they would do the one time mtx transfer after the new system changes. ( I'm on your side just wonder why you say a year is all)
Well anyways I've been waiting since Nov 21st for the one time mtx transfer from Xbox to pc its been over 7 months and I wouldn't expect it this year tbh and probably far into 2026 if were lucky. I have not seen one single person say they got this transfer completed in 7 months. They obviously underestimated how much time and effort it takes support to do this on top of the timing with poe2. I bet at max 2 or 3 support members are senior staff members and I bet its maybe 1 if any are dedicated to doing this transfer as it requires more than just clicking something on an admin panel. Sad they offer a service and cant even do it in a reasonable time. A couple months sure but over 7 come on GGG support do a better job seriously. |
