7 months, still no support?

December 13th 2024 is when I first opened this ticket by the way. The level of service you have provided is absolutely abysmal. 7 months later I've had exactly one response (December 26th 2024) where you asked me to try and merge my accounts with a step by step process, literally completely ignoring the issue I had experienced in the first place.

While GGG normally recommends against sending followup messages because their dumpsterfire tracking system sorts to do items for the people who can address them by the most recent player email not the last one sent; in this case I probably would send a followup message.

IF the queue you're in is so long they're backlogged half a year on sending responses you're almost certainly never going to be helped until they're able to train new people to support senior staff in addressing complex issues because every non-trivial issue appears to require multiple back and forth exchanges to resolve. So you might as well assume the reason they're setting a record in terribleness with you is that your last email was lost.

The slowest I'm aware of is account ownership problems where they're reportedly taking 4-6 weeks between each message sent and need several to actually confirm - or fail to confirm (leaving potentially honest players without recourse) - that someone actually does own the account in question.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
Appreciate the response, I wasn't expecting anything from GGG just wanted to vent really. I knew they would just copy and paste the usual ironic message of "email support".

I followed up with a response to them on the 27th December 2024 and then despite what people told me on this forum, mainly staff, about not emailing again as it would essentially reset my wait time, I sent a subsequent chaser email on February 7th 2025.

I think at this point I've accepted that this is a lost cause and I've lost the money I put into supporting the game.
Thats all you will get here is these bs copy paste responses. GGG has the worst support team. Iver ever seen. Its hilarious how bad its got since Chris willson left the company. My ticket is 8 months old and nothing.
