Kingsmarch: Give Only One Job

Everyone can agree hourly costs are out of control, but the issue is the number of jobs multiplying the hourly wage. The problem is if they're Rank V Farmer, Rank IV in something else, Rank III in something else, you're pushing the per-hour costs WAY high.

Nobody is hiring a Rank V worker for them to do anything else other than what they're doing. Removing all the 'extra skills' from the roles will help keep costs down, unless the intended mechanic is for people to waste hundreds of thousands of gold rolling for workers that are only Rank V in a single role.

OR...just charge them for the job they're doing and ignore the other roles. That would be the (easiest) solution.

multi jobs just super VERY VERY bad idea was from VERY start! dunno why GGG still keep it now...

For the game to be fun for the majority of players without being a 20-hour-a-day job. Not everyone is blasting T17s all day. The game should be balanced accordingly, where you can meaningfully engage in mechanics at least at some base level, instead of EVERYTHING in this game being all or nothing.
