A left handed player continues to beg for better keybinds

Please, PLEASE let us rebind the numpad mathematical operator keys (i.e. + - * /) Currently they cannot be bound to any in-game action.

This has been an issue in PoE forever and I've tried to raise it before to no success, but the new league adding THREE additional hotkeys that are required during combat makes the situation worse than ever. There's a limited amount of real estate on the right hand side of the keyboard and we really need to be able to use every last key.
