Zealotry / Absolution infamous mercenary not generating consecrated grounds/fungal grounds on hit

Hi ! After some testing with the "Worship the Blightheart" annoint and various sources of consecrated ground on hit, it looks like this mercenary is never generating consecrated grounds from hits either with a Gifts from Above ring or even his own Zealotry aura. Therefore he also isn't generating fungal grounds from the annoint.
