Cant unlock Kingsmarch

I don`t know if it is a bug or smf like that but i cant unlock it i have a quest to find a way to kingsmarch but johan dont give me option to teleport

Same issue here, I wonder if it's due to interacting with a mining node before talking to him in the Epilogue.

Mine is still this way . I have the Lost Expedition quest still open but I have completed the Rogue Harbor. I can talk to Johan in epilogue and click kingsmarch but nothing happens. To follow up I did not see nor interact with a single mine node the entire playthrough yet.
