Restoring a deleted character

Hello , So while ago i've deleted my character and didn't know how to restore it and took a break from the game , so i recently decided to play again but not sure how to restore my old character
deleted character name : Conerya Class : Witch / necro Character lvl : 97 My 2nd deleted character name : Meiave Class : Scion Lvl : 90 ish im not 100% positive with my 2nd character lvl unfort can u please help with that , my characters are from this account. They don't help with this kind of thing over the forum; you'll need to contact Support directly.
