I contacted tech support with a request to transfer microtransactions, they replied after 2 days, asked for data, and provided it. It's been a month, no response, no postponement, and it's unclear how long to wait, I even tried writing from another email. I thought maybe support only responds quickly to the first message, but there's no silence, I created a topic on the forum for 2 weeks, there's no feedback!!!!
