spoke to Johan in epilogue, still no option to visit Kingsmarch, What can I do?

Since they did the patch johan DO NOT give access to kingsmarch All we can do is to wait a patch |

Same here. Unable to enter Kingsmarch even though found 3 different Veins in Maps

Ditto for me on the Steam client. I fixed it by using the stand-alone client. I clicked on Johan, walked away, and then clicked on him again. Then he offered the quest and option to travel to KM.
