trial of sekhemas: damage occur when room is completed?

in the Trial of the Sekhemas after completing the third level, it’s common to take automatic, unavoidable damage the moment the room ends...

how do we avoid that for the last flame???

dodgeroll through flames avoids dmg
never had that happen....unless you get "take physical damage on room completion" or "take physical damage after 8 rooms". notu sure whats happening there
