Add option for pausing when chat window is open

Please add an option that allows enabling the game to pause when you open the chat window (e.g. pressing enter). Having to bring up your passive tree or the merc window just to pause the game while still interacting with chat is annoying.

This should be an option rather than the default because I can definitely foresee some players being annoyed by it.
