Failed to connect to instance

A few hours ago I started getting "Failed to connect to instance" when trying to change zones. This happens roughly 3/4 times. Even on entering town, my hideout, or just logging in.

Edit: This kicks me out to the loggin screen, rather than just leaving me in my current zone.

This keeps happening to me as well. Including painfully long load times. At this moment its completely unplayable for me.
